Sometimes the centre of the drilled holes is placed so close to each other that it is impossible to provide any drill bushes in the jig plate. Under such circumstances, a combined plate-type of bush is used.  The plate bush is made of Tool Steel.  Several bushes can be combined into a single plate bush.
